Grant Application and Information
The Parker Youth & Sports Foundation Grant Program was developed to provide support to programs that meet the goal(s) of the Foundation. The criteria for submitting a request include:
- Proof of registration as a non-profit Washington Corporation and provide the UBI number.
- Proof of Tax ID # and/or 501 (c) 3 information, if applicable.
- Proof of Location in the Greater Yakima area.
Deadlines for 2011-2012 Submission:
- Deadline: October 31, 2011, Interview Date: November 7, 2011
- Deadline: February 20, 2012, Interview Date: February 27, 2012
