Grant Application and Information

The Parker Youth & Sports Foundation Grant Program was developed to provide support to programs that meet the goal(s) of the Foundation. The criteria for submitting a request include:

  • Proof of registration as a non-profit Washington Corporation and provide the UBI number.
  • Proof of Tax ID # and/or 501 (c) 3 information, if applicable.
  • Proof of Location in the Greater Yakima area.

    • Deadlines for 2010-2011 Submission:

  • Deadline: October 18, 2010, Interview Date: October 25, 2010
  • Deadline: February 21, 2011, Interview Date: February 28, 2011
